Tyson Boiko has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Tyson served as the Vice President of Development & Construction at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina since April 2021, where they played a key role in expanding the brand by managing all locations and leading the development process. Prior to this, they were the Director of Development and Construction at the same company from August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the annual development plan for new restaurant growth while adhering to brand standards.

Before joining Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, Boiko worked at Starbucks as a Senior Project Manager in Store Development from August 2017 to August 2018. Tyson contributed to the development and implementation of new programs and processes to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Boiko also has experience as a Managing Member at Development Dynamics, where they served as a self-employed Real Estate Development and Construction Project Management Consultant. During this time from February 2017 to August 2017, they offered services to clients in managing various aspects of the development and construction processes for new locations and facility expansions.

From April 2004 to December 2016, Boiko held the position of Senior Manager Real Estate & Construction at Red Robin, where they oversaw site selection, documentation, and entitlements for new locations in the Western US.

Tyson'searlier experience includes working at Enco Systems Inc as a Commissioning Manager from March 1998 to February 2004. Tyson was involved in creating the Quality Control department and overseeing commissioning processes for commercial applications.

Boiko's career began at OfficeMax, where they worked as a Receiving and Facility Manager from May 1995 to December 1997. Tyson was responsible for managing warehouse operations, analyzing sales data, and driving top-line sales.

Tyson Boiko obtained their Auto Body and Frame Technician certification from Trinity Valley Community College in 1992. In 2003, they received a certification in Plain English and System Specific DDC Programming from Delta Controls. In 2017, Tyson Boiko completed the Project Management Certificate Program at The University of Texas at Austin.
