Kamal Atie

Kamal Atie is an experienced social educator with a comprehensive background in various roles within the social pedagogical field. Currently serving as Teamkoordinator and Stedfortræder at OK-Fonden since February 2022, Kamal has also held multiple positions including social educator and acting leadership roles. Previous experience includes work at Region Syddanmark, where roles encompassed positions within double diagnosis departments and specialized placements, as well as serving as SSP consultant for preventive work in Fredericia Kommune. Kamal has contributed to youth rehabilitation in Egely youth prison and coordinated efforts at Røde Kors. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Pedagogy from Jelling Seminariet and additional education from Aarhus University, Kamal possesses a strong academic foundation to support a diverse career dedicated to the well-being of children and young adults.
