Gregory P. has a diverse work experience in the mining industry. Gregory is currently working as a Team Lead - Grinding Operations at Ok Tedi Mining Limited, where they supervise the daily operation and maintenance of the grinding and milling operation. Prior to this, they worked at Nova Pulsar Ltd as a Mineral Processing and Commissioning Engineer and at Placer Alluvials as a Freelance Process Consultant.

Gregory also has experience at Porgera Joint Venture, where they worked as a Process Supervisor in the Pressure Oxidation circuit and as a Metallurgical Accountant. Gregory also served as a Graduate Metallurgist, providing technical support to operations, and as a Project Supervisor for concentrate reclamation.

Earlier in their career, Gregory worked at Regional Enterprises Limited Trucking as an Operations Supervisor, responsible for organizing truck loads and maintenance schedules. Gregory also worked as a Mineral Process Intern at Ok Tedi Mining Limited, gaining experience in floating copper and pyrite.

Gregory P. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from The Papua New Guinea University of Technology from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Area Warden from Porgera Joint Venture in 2019, Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from West Australian Emergence Service Training and Rescue in 2017, and Barrick Supervisor Course Level 2 from Barrick Employee Development Department in 2016.
