Antonio Roldan III

Antonio Roldan III is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef/ Gardemanger at Okada Manila since January 2017. Previously, Antonio held the position of Chef De Partie at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila from August 2014 to December 2016. Antonio's foundational culinary education was acquired at Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trades from 1993 to 1995.
