Kelly Billups

Kelly Billups has extensive experience in security technology services, with a focus on the casino and entertainment industry. Most recently, Kelly served as the Executive Director of Security Technology Services at Okada Manila. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Security Consultant at NUSTAR Resort, where they provided security master planning for a casino project in the Philippines. From 2016 to 2020, Kelly was the Director of Security Services at Okada Manila, responsible for overseeing all aspects of onsite security technologies. Before that, Kelly held roles at Melco Crown Entertainment as the Director of Security Technology & Administration and at MPEL City of Dreams as the Security Technology Manager. Kelly's work experience also includes a position as the Security Department Manager at Great Canadian Casinos.

Kelly Billups attended Simon Fraser University from 1989 to 1996, where they studied Psychology & Criminology. Kelly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology from the same institution during the same time period.
