Shella Palaganas

Shella Palaganas has a diverse work experience in the fields of procurement, strategic planning, program management, logistics solutions, supply chain, and analysis. Shella most recently worked as an Associate Director in Procurement and Strategic Planning at Okada Manila. Prior to that, they held various roles at Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc., including Program Management and Logistics Solutions Head, Project Manager in Logistics Solutions, and Senior Supply Chain Analyst. Shella also worked as a Supply Chain Solutions professional at DHL Supply Chain. Shella Palaganas began their career as an On-the-Job Trainee at TMX Philippines Inc.

Shella Palaganas obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology, which they pursued from 2005 to 2010. Shella went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, specializing in Financial Management. This higher education endeavor took place from 2022 to 2023.
