Sherman Lim

Assistant Director, Credit & Collection at Okada Manila

Sherman Lim has a diverse work experience in the credit and collection field. Sherman started their career at Marina Bay Sands as a Casino Credit Officer in May 2013 and was later promoted to the position of Casino Credit Supervisor in March 2015. In 2016, they joined Certis CISCO Singapore as an Operation Manager for a brief period from March to November. Following that, they joined Okada Manila in December 2016 and worked as a Credit Manager until January 2020. During their time at Okada Manila, they were responsible for establishing new processes, regulations, and standard operating procedures. Sherman also managed a team of Credit Executives and Credit Supervisors. From January 2020 to December 2022, Sherman worked as a Senior Manager in the Credit & Collection department at Okada Manila. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director in the same department.

Sherman Lim began their education journey in 2007 at Nanyang Polytechnic, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Management. Sherman later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance at Murdoch University from 2012 to 2013.
