Vanessa Gonzales

Vanessa Gonzales has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Chief Concierge at Okada Manila since July 2016, where Vanessa was part of the pre-opening team and has also held the position of Concierge Supervisor. Prior to that, Vanessa held the role of Residence Club Supervisor at New World Manila Bay Hotel for a brief period in 2016, and worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from November 2008 to December 2015 in various capacities, including Concierge and Telephone Operator. Responsibilities throughout Vanessa's career have encompassed providing exceptional guest services, managing guest requests, and coordinating travel arrangements. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Lyceum of the Philippines - Intramuros, Manila, completed in 2007.
