Carisse LeJeune is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in municipal management and grant administration. Currently serving as Project Manager for Okaloosa County since May 2022, Carisse previously held several key positions at the City of Boynton Beach, including Project Manager for ARPA projects, Interim Utilities Director, and Assistant City Manager, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of multiple departments and operational coordination. Carisse’s role as Deputy City Manager at the City of DeFuniak Springs involved supervising the Grants Division and developing policies. Additional experience includes serving as City Manager for the City of Destin, where Carisse managed eight departments and two CRA districts, as well as earlier roles in HR and banking. Carisse holds a BPA in Public Administration from Barry University and various relevant certifications.
