Bruce H. Goldfarb

Bruce H. Goldfarb is the President and CEO of Okapi Partners LLC, a position held since January 2008, where responsibilities include providing strategic advice and executing proxy solicitation and investor response campaigns. Prior to this role, Goldfarb served as the Senior Managing Director and General Counsel at Georgeson Shareholder from February 2001 to September 2007, overseeing the global M&A Advisory Group. Goldfarb's experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at Scudder Investments from February 1997 to January 2001, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, and advising private equity and e-commerce businesses. Earlier in his career, Goldfarb was a Corporate Attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for nearly seven years. Goldfarb holds a JD in Law from Columbia Law School and dual degrees in Finance (B.S. Econ) and History of Art (B.A.) from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
