Brad Costello is an experienced investor and business executive with a diverse background in venture capital and business management. As a Partner at Heedfirst Ventures LLC since March 2021, Brad Costello focuses on investments in technology, consumer goods, and the DeFi/crypto space, alongside bridge financing for feature films. Brad Costello also serves as Partner/Owner at 1sourcevend and as a Venture Partner at Okapi Venture Capital, where the emphasis lies on seed and early-stage technology startups in Southern California. Previously, Brad Costello held various leadership roles including Principal at B/R Holdings, Managing Partner at DECO Ventures LLC, and Owner/Partner at BrandActive, contributing to the growth and management of numerous companies across different sectors. Early in their career, Brad Costello gained extensive experience at Office Depot, Flagship Express, PepsiCo, and The Pillsbury Company, developing skills in operations, merger integration, and corporate strategy.
