Daniela Ostacie is a seasoned project manager and co-founder of Grow Up Romania, an initiative aimed at transforming Bucharest into a "child-friendly" city since December 2016. Daniela has extensive experience in digital project management at OkapiStudio, overseeing projects ranging from simple websites to complex applications while managing teams of up to 10 people. Prior roles include Minimest & Volunteer Coordinator for the Anim'est Film Festival, where responsibilities included coordinating volunteers and children's screening programs, and marketing specialist at Gecad Technologies, focusing on online content and social media. Daniela started their career as an event manager and has held various marketing roles, contributing to market research, event organization, and team-building efforts. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as Master's degrees in Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
