Nishant Panchal is currently employed as an Account Manager and Sr. Talent Acquisition at OKAYA INFOCOM since March 2019. Prior to this, Nishant worked as a Technical Recruiter at Mamsys World from January 2018 to March 2019. Nishant has experience in recruitment strategy, selecting suitable channels for recruitment, and working on both Contract to Hire and Permanent Mode requirements in Technology and Domain. Graduating from Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences in 2015, Nishant holds a degree in Mass Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University.
