Rajesh Kumar has extensive experience in product development and design, currently serving as the New Product Development & Design Head at Okaya Power Group since March 2019, where previous roles included Research And Development Manager and Deputy Manager in Research & Development. Prior to this, Rajesh held the position of Assistant Manager Research Development at M/S Easman Auto & Power LDT, focusing on the design and development of various battery types from June 2016 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Engineer at BASE CORPORATION LTD from February 2012 to May 2016, where battery design and development were primary responsibilities, and as Design Engineer at International Tractors Limited from July 2009 to February 2012, which involved vendor development and chassis design.
