Nadia Neophytou is an accomplished Director of Content at OkayAfrica since November 2021, also serving as a Contributing Editor. With over two decades of experience as a freelance journalist, Nadia has written for notable publications including Billboard, The Hollywood Reporter, BBC Culture, The Guardian, Deadline, Quartz, and the Mail & Guardian. Previously, Nadia worked as a Freelance Journalist for Billboard and American Songwriter and has significant experience in broadcasting, having reported major news stories for Primedia Broadcasting and served as a TV Host, Producer, and Editor for MultiChoice. Nadia's early career includes establishing the role of Arts and Entertainment Journalist at Eyewitness News, alongside contributions as a columnist for Ndalo Media. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film, Media, and Visual Studies from the University of Cape Town.
