Donna Gibb

Donna Gibb is an accomplished business development consultant currently at Momentum Advisory Partners, specializing in M&A consulting for recruitment, staffing, and business services firms. With a background in leadership roles, Donna has served as a venture partner at Okeanos and an advisory board member at the Apex Center for Entrepreneurs at Virginia Tech since mid-2022. Previously, Donna founded and served as president of ProTask, a certified woman-owned small business providing IT consulting services, prior to a successful exit in early 2024. Donna’s extensive experience includes roles at BMC Software, Research in Motion, Level 3 Communications, Vodafone Global Enterprise, Equant, and Telia International Carrier, where key achievements involved driving revenue growth and managing large accounts across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communication Studies/Public Relations from Virginia Tech and an MA in Telecommunications Management from George Mason University.
