Eric Kronman

Eric Kronman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Fluet and a Venture Partner at Riverbend Capital, Kronman has previously held notable positions including Partner at Ward & Berry PLLC, where leadership of the Corporate and Transactions practice groups was a key responsibility. Additional roles include Associate General Counsel at MITRE, General Counsel at Spaceflight Industries, and Vice President of Legal at Constellis, where significant expertise in mergers and acquisitions, government contracts, and general corporate counseling was demonstrated. Kronman co-founded the Liberated Electronics Organization, focusing on mobile application development, and has contributed to numerous legal matters in various sectors during tenure at Cooley LLP. Eric Kronman holds a JD, Cum Laude from Duke University School of Law and a BA, Summa Cum Laude in Government and Computer Science from William & Mary.
