Mark Dumas

Mark Dumas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology solutions, strategy development, and investment management. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and VP of Technology Solutions at Culmen International since June 2018, Dumas focuses on enhancing global security and military readiness. In addition, Dumas is the Managing Partner and Founder of Okeanos, a venture firm launched in September 2023, and previously held similar roles at Riverbend Capital until September 2023. Dumas has also contributed to Athenium Analytics and Tenet as Director, and founded PlanetRisk, Inc. and SPADAC. Dumas's technical expertise is further supported by a background in software development for the US Navy. Dumas holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
