Michael Malesardi

Michael Malesardi, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Gladstone Companies since August 2018, overseeing financial operations and accounting for various affiliates, including a registered investment adviser managing $4 billion in assets. Malesardi is also the CFO and Investor for JelliSee Ophthalmics, Inc. and a Partner at Riverbend Capital, focusing on investments in early-stage companies. Previously, Malesardi held significant financial roles, including Interim Chief Accounting Officer at Liquidity Services and Executive Director at Merito Group, and has extensive experience in management and advisory positions across multiple industries. Malesardi obtained a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
