Mary La Point, M.S., SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Founder and Fractional People Officer at La Point Solutions since August 2023, and as Human Resources Manager at Okendo since February 2022, Mary La Point has led initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction at a rapidly growing start-up. Prior roles include Senior HR Compliance Analyst at Harvard Maintenance, where Mary La Point directed regional HR teams for compliance, and multiple positions at Ryder System, Inc., including Human Resources Analyst and Specialist, where Mary La Point focused on reporting design, data extraction, and process standardization. Mary La Point holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Stetson University.
