Monica MacHuca

Monica Machuca has gained work experience in various customer success roles. Monica currently works at Okendo as a Customer Success Team Lead since July 2023, and previously held the position of Customer Success Manager from November 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Okendo, they worked at Digital Pharmacist Inc. as a Customer Success Specialist from September 2019 to November 2021. Additionally, Monica gained experience as a Customer Success Intern at CareerPlug from August 2018 to June 2019 and as a Development Intern at Austin Film Festival from May 2018 to August 2018.

Monica Machuca obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in International Business from St. Edward's University in the years 2015-2019. In 2017, they also went on a Study Abroad program at the University of Technology Sydney.
