Bianca Oudshoff

Bianca Oudshoff is an accomplished Program Manager at the Faculty of Impact since July 2022, where leadership in program planning, execution, and communication is emphasized, alongside training and coaching fellows. Oudshoff serves as a mentor and reviewer at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology, advising impact startups, and is an expert for the global expansion of startups through the DutchBasecamp's Globalizer program. As the founder of ImpactConnector, over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability is leveraged to assist entrepreneurs in growth and international strategy. Earlier roles include Head of European Business Development at AppHarvest, advisor for NLWorks, and acting Consul General at the Consulate General of the Netherlands in Chicago. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Energy and Environment from the University of Groningen.
