Heather Ridout has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather started their career as a Policy Assistant at CAFOD, where they provided assistance to CAFOD's Policy Analysts and Researchers. Heather then moved on to become a Team Leader at Oasis UK, overseeing the daily running of The Hub Coffee House and providing training and development to staff and volunteers. Following this, they were the General Manager at The Hub (Worldwide), a social enterprise that supports initiatives for a better world. Heather became the Founder of Okira in 2016, a company that creates natural and organic cosmetic products inspired by the biodiversity of northeastern Brazil. Most recently, they served as a Senior Evaluation and Learning Associate at inFocus Enterprises, an end-to-end Impact Measurement Solution provider that helps organizations measure their social impact.
