Natalia Chugreeva

Natalia Chugreeva has extensive experience in IT recruitment and project management, currently serving as the Head of IT Recruitment at both Okko and RAMBLER&Co since February 2022 and May 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Natalia worked as an IT recruiter at VTB and as a consultant at a staffing agency, gaining experience in various recruitment capacities. Notably, Natalia held the position of Principal Recruitment Consultant at Raiffeisen Bank Russia for eight years, focusing on recruitment for Operations, Business Services, and Retail Private Individuals. Additionally, experience includes project management roles at ANCOR Banking, Financial Services, where Natalia coordinated teams and managed recruitment processes. Natalia Chugreeva holds a specialist degree in Applied Informatics in Psychology from Taganrog State Radio Technical University, earned from 2002 to 2007.
