Angela McVay-Landwehr

VP Risk Management at Oklahoma AgCredit

Angela McVay-Landwehr has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Their most recent position was as the VP of Risk Management at Oklahoma AgCredit, where they oversaw the organization's risk management activities. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President/Controller at Oklahoma AgCredit, where they were responsible for finance, accounting, customer relations, and strategic planning. Angela also held the position of Vice President/CFO at Chisholm Trail Farm Credit, where they managed a team in financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory reporting. Angela has also worked as an Instructor at the Oklahoma Bankers Association and Schools of Banking, teaching courses on bank secrecy, fee income and expense control, and banking fundamentals. Angela has a diverse background in banking operations, having served as a Sr. Operations Officer at The Bank of Kremlin and an Assistant Vice President/Facility Operations Officer at The Citizens National Bank. Angela has also held management positions at Autry Technology Center and Cargill Animal Nutrition, where they gained experience in areas such as merchandising, risk management, feed formulation, marketing, and personnel management. Angela's strong financial acumen and extensive industry knowledge make their a valuable asset in the banking sector.

Angela McVay-Landwehr completed their undergraduate studies at Kansas State University from 1990 to 1993, earning a degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus on Agriculture. Angela then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Graduate degree in Banking from the GSB Graduate program.

In 2007, Angela participated in the Leadership & Management Development Program offered by the Oklahoma Bankers Association, completing Class I. Angela continued to enhance their knowledge in 2013 by attending Northwestern Oklahoma State University for a short duration, focusing on Accounting.

Angela's educational journey continued in 2017 when they were admitted to the Farm Credit Council Leadership Development Program, which they completed in 2018. No specific degree or field of study was provided for this program.
