Heath Thomas

Heath Thomas is the current President at Oklahoma Baptist University. Heath has previous experience as the Dean of the Herschel H Hobbs College of Theology & Ministry, and Professor of Old Testament at Oklahoma Baptist University from December 2015 to January 2019. Heath Thomas was also the Editor of Southeastern Theological Review from January 2011 to December 2015. Heath's experience also includes being a Fellow in Old Testament Studies at The St George's Centre for Biblical and Public Theology from January 2008 to December 2017, and Director of PhD Studies and Associate Professor of Old Testament & Hebrew at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary from August 2007 to December 2015.

Heath Thomas pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Old Testament at the University of Gloucestershire.
