Steve Fluke

Steve Fluke is an experienced professional in athletic administration, currently serving as an NCAA Transition Consultant at Athletics Staffing & Consultants since October 2018, where responsibilities include advising institutions during the NCAA Transition process and completing Compliance Blueprints. Steve also holds the position of Associate Athletic Director for Compliance at Oklahoma Baptist University since June 2011. Previously, Steve was the Director of Athletics at Shawnee Public Schools from August 1999 to May 2011. Steve earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Oklahoma Baptist University, where studies were completed between 1983 and 1988.
