Bethany Becknell

Bethany Becknell has a significant work experience in the education sector. Bethany currently holds the position of Director of Online Learning and Student Success at Oklahoma Christian University since July 2021. Previously, they worked as the Dean of Teacher Development at Oklahoma Christian Academy from August 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, they served as an English Language Arts Teacher/Department Head at La Vernia ISD from August 2010 to May 2016 and as an English Language Arts Teacher at RANDOLPH FIELD ISD from August 2006 to May 2010.

Bethany Becknell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2003. Bethany then pursued a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2013 to 2016. Bethany'seducation journey continued as they completed their Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University between 2017 and 2019.
