Shawn Hamil

Shawn Hamil currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Oklahoma Christian University since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Chief Executive Officer at Unty Home Health L.L.C. from May 1999 to April 2023, overseeing operations and human resources, including accreditation, program management, regulatory compliance, and employee relations. Additionally, Shawn worked as the Director of HR Rapid Results and Regional HR Manager for Health at Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority from March 2018 to October 2021, managing employee drug screening for 11,000 employees and regional HR for 1,200 employees. Shawn is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Saint Leo University, with previous degrees including a Master’s in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor's in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
