Joe Carter

Joe Carter has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Joe started their career at Oklahoma City University as an Assistant Athletic Director from 1993 to 1996. Later on, they joined Children's Medical Research Institute as a Development Officer from 2000 to 2002.
