Kortlahn Ballard, MPH, currently serves as an Epidemiologist 3 at the Oklahoma City County Health Department since November 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Wellness Director at Hiphe L.L.C since March 2021. Previous experience includes working as an Epidemiologist at the City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District, a COVID-19 Case Investigator at Fort Bend Health & Human Services, and a Health Advocate Student Intern at Legacy Community Health. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Human Sciences from Texas Tech University. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Student with SUPERGirls SHINE Foundation and serving as Miss Black Texas Tech University.
