Norma Gravley-Quinn

Trustee at Oklahoma City University

Norma Gravley-Quinn was appointed treasurer for the Oklahoma Conference of the United Methodist Church, effective December 1, 2016. The Rev. Dr. Gravley-Quinn was appointed as senior pastor to Centenary United Methodist Church in Lawton, Oklahoma, in 2010, and served there until December 1, 2016.

Gravley-Quinn has decades of experience in finance as well as career ministry. She was an independent accountant and financial consultant from 1976 to 1997. She entered full-time ministry in 1997 as pastor of evangelism and discipleship at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas. She was appointed senior pastor of Putnam City UMC in Oklahoma City, in 2006.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin and Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She completed a Master of Divinity degree, with high honors, from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University, and earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from Graduate Theological Foundation.

Gravley-Quinn has served as board chair of Family Promise of Lawton, and on the board of United Way of Southwest Oklahoma, and the United Way of Abilene. She has served on numerous Oklahoma Conference boards and was a member of the Conference Finance and Administration Council from 2008-2015. She was a member of the Lead Women Pastors Project for the General Conference of the United Methodist Church from 2007-2011.
