James Talley

James Talley, MBA, possesses extensive experience in both healthcare and service-oriented sectors. Currently serving as HIT/E Resource Manager and formerly as HIT Research Analyst at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since July 2014, James has contributed significantly to health information technology. In March 2019, James founded Beyond The Field Foundation, a company focused on mentoring and preparing clients for success in sports and life. Prior experience includes a role as a Licensed Senior Finance/Insurance Agent from June 2013 to June 2016, specializing in retirement and estate planning, as well as a position as Supervisor of Division Customer Accounting at Oklahoma Natural Gas Company from August 2004 to May 2012. James holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University and a B.S. in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
