Nancy Nesser

Nancy Nesser serves as the Pharmacy Director at Oklahoma Health Care Authority since May 2001, overseeing the prescription benefit for Oklahoma Medicaid members, including benefit design and clinical coordination. Previous roles include Pharmacist Reviewer at MLI (2011-2014), Owner/Engineer of Studiogirl Recording and Folklahoma Productions (1994-2014), and Adjunct Instructor in Pharmacy Law at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (2002-2008). Early experience as a pharmacist includes positions at Eckerd (2000-2001) and Buy for Less Pharmacy (1989-1999). Education includes a PharmD from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, a JD from Oklahoma City University School of Law, and a BS in Pharmacy, along with a BS in Biology-Chemistry, Psychology, and Bible from Oklahoma Christian University.
