Nadeeka Siriwardana

Nadeeka Siriwardana is a skilled System Engineer and Database Administrator with extensive experience in database systems administration and maintenance at Oklahoma Heart Hospital since June 2021. Previously, Nadeeka served as a Database Administrator at the University of Central Oklahoma from February 2012 to June 2021, overseeing various database management tasks. Nadeeka's responsibilities include leading installations, upgrades, security planning, and backup and recovery strategies across multiple database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL, as well as the ERP System, Banner. Nadeeka began a career as a Programmer Intern, where collaboration with a high-performing team focused on designing and developing software applications using PL/SQL, Visual Studio/.NET, Oracle, and SQL Server databases. Nadeeka holds a Master’s degree in Computational Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education.
