William Paiva is an experienced executive in the health care and life sciences sectors, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Systems Innovation since February 2014, where efforts focus on enhancing rural and Native American health through innovative technology solutions. As the Founder and Managing Partner of OLSF Ventures since June 2000, William Paiva leads investments in early-stage life science and health care startups in Oklahoma. William also held prior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at PreferUS Healthcare from September 2013 to August 2015, and Partner at Sevin Rosen Funds from August 2006 to February 2014, as well as Chisholm Private Capital from June 2000 to June 2006. Educational credentials include an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Oklahoma.
