Lisa Shearer-Salim

Lisa Shearer-Salim is an experienced public relations professional currently serving as the Public Information Manager at the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority since June 2023. Previously, Lisa held the same position at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation from December 2014 to June 2023. Lisa's journalism career began with roles at various publications, including Managing Editor at The Edmond Sun from 2000 to 2014 and Managing Editor at The Guthrie News Leader from 1996 to 1998. Other relevant experience includes serving as assistant city editor for The Muskogee Phoenix and as a reporter for Southwest Times Record. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University in 1996.
