Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith is an experienced project manager currently working at the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority since September 2022, after a previous tenure at the same organization from October 2018 to December 2021. Prior to this, Michelle retired in September 2022 following a diverse career including roles as Director of Business Systems and Manager of Business Systems at the Museum of the Bible from March 2015 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing various business systems. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Devon Energy from July 2005 to March 2015, with expertise in engineering analytics, business analysis, and project management, as well as foundational roles in software development at Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and programming at Midfirst Bank. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Adult Learning from the University of Oklahoma and a B.A. in Business Management from the College of Business.
