Kathy Gain

Kathy Gain has been working at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce since July 1990, where Kathy is a Project Manager. Kathy also previously worked at Merchants National Bank in Ft. Smith, AR. Kathy received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Community Development Specialist from the Community Development Institute at the University of Central Arkansas.
