Carson Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Small Business Specialist, where they trained team members on selling and product skills. Carson also adapted and trained partners based on their individual learning experiences. After two years, Carson moved on to Express Locations in 2016, working as a Sales Lead Manager for T-Mobile. In this role, they managed and guided sales teams, sourcing talent and developing the store through coaching and recognition. In 2017, Carson transitioned to HP as a Marketing Sales Analyst, researching and gathering data for marketing campaigns and converting complex findings into written reports. Carson also nurtured and qualified leads for Inside sales. At HP, Carson later became an AMS Marketing Analyst, further utilizing Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics to analyze and report on marketing campaigns. In 2021, Carson joined Okland Construction as a Data Analyst/Technical Support, and later assumed the role of System Administrator.
Carson Caldwell received an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Central Oregon Community College. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft 365 for Administrators: Supporting Users from LinkedIn in February 2023, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate from Microsoft in October 2022, Microsoft 365: Manage Governance and Compliance from LinkedIn in August 2022, ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in February 2022, DA-100 | PL300 from Microsoft in June 2016, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in September 2014.
