Tim Hief

Tim Hief has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tim started their career in 2010 as a VBA/SQL Integrator at ATT (MetaSys Inc.), where they ported an existing Access reporting system to SQL 2005 and automated reporting processes. Tim then worked at JP Morgan Chase (Collabera) as a Business Analyst, where they debugged and upgraded a legacy Word application used in the commercial loan business.

In 2011, Tim worked at T-Mobile (Wimmer Solutions) as a Senior Analyst, HR Ops, supporting a short-term root cause analysis issue for Microsoft's Global Sales Force using Microsoft Dynamics. Tim also worked as a Business Analyst at T-Mobile (Randstad), where they served as a bridge between business and technical teams.

In 2012, Tim worked at Brightlight Consulting (Okaya) as a VBA/SQL Integrator, developing a forecasting tool with a clean user interface and supporting VBA/SQL code. Tim then joined Robert Half Technology as a VBA/SQL Integrator - Programmer Analyst, where they debugged legacy VB6 code for a database migration and developed an Access manufacturing application.

From 2013 to 2015, Tim worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Fiserv Output Solutions (Primus Software Corp), supporting VB6 legacy code and developing bank/credit union deliverable reports. Tim then joined Intuit (Xtreme Consulting) in 2016 as a Business Systems Analyst, focusing on process improvement, automation, and developing front-end solutions using Excel, VBA, and SQL.

Most recently, Tim worked as a VBA Developer at Okland Construction in 2017.

Tim Hief attained their High School Diploma from Peninsula High School in Purdy, WA, from 1974 to 1977. Following that, they pursued a degree in Liberal Arts from Tacoma Community College between 1976 and 1977, but they did not earn a degree. Subsequently, Tim enrolled at DeVry Institute of Technology from 1978 to 1980 and successfully obtained an Associate's degree (AA) in Electronics.
