Andrew Brenner

Andrew Brenner is the Director of Powerhouse Licensing at Oklo, where they lead licensing initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as Director of Licensing for the SMR-300 at Holtec International, overseeing all licensing activities related to the reactor design. Andrew worked at Naval Reactors from 2016 to 2021 as a Nuclear Engineer, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for managing a significant testing project. They hold a Master of Engineering in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering with a second major in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University.
