Jack Liu

Jack Liu is a skilled corporate development professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Development at Oklo Inc since 2025, Liu previously held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Joby Aviation from 2021 to 2025, where significant achievements included leading a $125 million acquisition of Blade, a $100 million investment in SKT, a joint venture with ANA, and multiple acquisitions. Prior to that, Liu worked in investment banking at Citi from 2018 to 2021, specializing in technology and mobility. Liu's career began in the US Army, serving as part of the 7th Infantry Division's Battalion S6 from 2012 to 2017. Liu holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
