Tamer Elkhorazaty is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban planning and architectural engineering. As the Founder and CEO of Ökoplan since January 1990, Tamer has demonstrated visionary leadership in the field. In addition, Tamer serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for EUE - European Universities in Egypt and has held the position of Founder and President at 5+ UDC since January 2015. Tamer is also a Professor of Urban Planning at Ain Shams University, a role held since January 2006, and previously founded the Architecture and Urban Design Program at The German University in Cairo, serving there until June 2017. Tamer's academic credentials include a Doctor of Science degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Stuttgart and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams University.
