Abhirup Dutta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems and process automation. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Okta since October 2021, Abhirup Dutta focuses on refining and automating critical business processes across go-to-market systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk, specifically managing Salesforce and third-party applications to support global Sales and Marketing operations. Prior to Okta, Abhirup Dutta held the position of Manager at Conga from October 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of Salesforce developers, implementing compliance measures, and supporting strategic needs in Sales Cloud and CPQ tools. Abhirup Dutta’s career began at Tech Mahindra, where roles ranged from Sr. Business Analyst, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to Business Analyst working on e-commerce solutions.
