Arun Kumar Elengovan is the Director of Engineering Security at Okta, the global leader in identity and access management. With more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience, he has driven transformative initiatives across secure software development, cryptography, AI safety, web security and enterprise risk mitigation. At Okta, he is a founding leader in Engineering Security, where he has built scalable security systems, advanced architectural strategy and mentored high performing global teams across cloud native environments.

His portfolio of work includes post quantum cryptography readiness, large language model security, vulnerability reduction and leadership of critical engineering security initiatives and operations. Recognized as a forward thinking innovator, Arun consistently bridges cutting edge research with enterprise scale execution.
