Chelsey Brady

Chelsey Brady is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Okta since September 2018, Chelsey has focused on the Marketing organization and the NA Sales sector, overseeing the recruitment process and supporting organizational growth. Prior to Okta, Chelsey held several roles at Insight Global from May 2012 to August 2018, including Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager, where best-in-class practices for candidate experience were developed. Chelsey's accolades include being part of the Presidents Club from 2013 to 2015 and receiving the "MVP" award in 2016 for impressive internal hires. Chelsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Jose State University and has educational background from California State University, Chico and Saint Francis High School.
