David Edwards

David Edwards (IAmDavid) has extensive experience in the technology and defense sectors, currently serving as a 2nd Lieutenant and Training Officer at the Australian Army Cadets since February 2024. David has held various roles at Okta since September 2020, including Principal and Senior Product Acceleration Specialist, focusing on technology adoption and customer support. Previously, David spent over two decades at IBM, where roles spanned IAM Technical Sales, Security Solution Architect, and Worldwide Technical Enablement, showcasing expertise in Identity and Access Management solutions. Prior to IBM, David gained experience at Coles Myer and the Australian Army, where positions included Systems Management Specialist and Commissioned Officer. David's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Applied Science from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.
