Flora Chen

Flora Chen is a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer at Okta since February 2022, leading the Workflows Apps team in developing a React/Redux web application with a Node.js backend. Previously, Flora worked at Synopsys Inc from March 2018 to February 2022, where new features were developed for a business-facing web application utilizing React, Redux, Jest, Backbone.js, and Marionette. Prior to that, Flora served as a Frontend Developer and Project Manager at Full-Circle Talent from December 2016 to January 2018, focusing on web applications using Angular 4 and TypeScript, while also managing task automation with Gulp. Flora's experience also includes a role as a Front-end Web Developer and Project Manager at Interlock Media, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the entire web application development process. Flora holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Beihang University.
