Jason Porter is a seasoned talent advisor with extensive experience in the technology and data analytics sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Advisor for Okta since February 2025, Jason supports the company’s mission to enhance identity management across EMEA. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Okta and VMware, focusing on building high-performing engineering teams and significantly contributing to the company's SaaS and multi-cloud initiatives. A recruitment expert in data analytics and software engineering, Jason has also worked with notable organizations such as Pivotal Software, Vodafone, and Teradata, leading strategic recruitment efforts across multiple regions. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with Law from Kingston University.
